As President of the Andrus Family Foundation, Kristin created Gathering for Impact, a program with three pillars: Brave and Bold for empowering women, Building Bridges for promoting collaboration among nonprofits, and 12 Months of Giving for families to develop a culture of regular volunteerism. Kristin serves on the board of Utah Valley University, Cities Strong Foundation, Show Up Utah, The Policy Project, and the Utah Workforce Housing Authority. She also founded SisterGoods, a grassroots initiative that now distributes more than three million period products annually through the Utah Food Bank. She’s also the author of Life At Our Table, a cookbook created with her family to garner awareness around substance abuse prevention and raised $250,000 for Huntsman Mental Health Foundation from book sales.
